Was born on 12 May 1953 in Ivashka village, Karaginsk district, Kamchatka region, the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic

 

 

 

Education

In 1980 graduated from Taldy-Kurgan law technical college

In 1988 graduated from Kazakh state university named after S.M. Kirov on specialty Lawyer

Professional experience

1971-1975 – sewer of Semipalatinsk factory of knitted outwear, sewer of Dzhambul district factory;

1975-1981 – archivist, head of chancellery of Dzhambul district court, secretary of court session of Alma-Ata regional court;

1981-1986 – chief council, acting head of agreement-legal office of "Kazglavvtorresursy";

1986-1988 - chief council of Alma-Ata repair and machinery plant;

1988-1991 - chief council, deputy Head of agreement-legal office of Gossnab of Kazakh SSR;

1991-1994 – specialist, referent, chief referent, expert, chief expert, head of the Division of legal Department of the Office of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1994-2002 – Deputy head of the office of  legal protection of the Chancellery of the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Government;

2002-2011 – Head of Legal department of the Office of the Government, Chancellery of the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  

2011- 2016 January..

State and international awards, prizes, honorary degrees:

"Kurmet" order in 2008, "Parasat" order in 2015, "Eren enbegi ushin" medal in 2003, Gratitude of the President with lapel badge in 2013.
