Оrganized a training seminar on grain e-procurement for the agricultural producers
NC "Food Contract Corporation" JSC jointly with "Information and Registration Center" JSC organized a training seminar on grain e-procurement for the agricultural producers of the region on January 4, 2018 in Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan Oblast.
As previously reported, today there is a host of functions for trading grain receipts on the electronic trading platform of the web portal of the state property register - www.gosreestr.kz in the information system of electronic grain receipts (Internet resource www.minagro.kz). The last resource provides a single point of access to the electronic trading platform for grain receipts realization. In the personal cabinet of the Internet resource www.minagro.kz, the grain owners can issue grain receipts for sale on the above-named electronic trading floor.
In its turn, the Food Contract Corporation now has the opportunity to purchase grain through the purchase of grain receipts on the web portal of the state property register.
The advantage of the proposed type of procurement is that the grain producer can make an application, sell wheat and get money for it without leaving home, using the Internet on their computer or Smartphone. During the purchase, the electronic system excludes the contact of the farmer with the representatives of the Food Contract Corporation or akimat.
During this event, representatives of the Food Contract Corporation noted that to date, in the framework of measures to stabilize the grain market, in fact, two major issues have been resolved.
First, the news about the purchase of the Food Contract Corporation of 2 million tons of grain gave an impetus to the market. If on the eve of the announcement of the purchase the agrarians asked 38 thousand tenge per ton for wheat, then now the price tag has risen to 42 thousand tenge per ton.
Secondly, there is a certain stabilization of demand for grain wagons.
Similar seminar for agrarians of Akmola region is planned for January 5, 2011.
