Main areas of land in Kazakhstan are reserved (46.7%) and for agricultural use (32.6%). The agricultural land occupies 222,6 Mln of hectares or 81,7% of total land. In 2012 Kazakhstan exported 7.5 Mln of tones of cereals, which makes the country the 6 biggest exporters in the world. According to the data of JSC "Kazakhstan industry development institute", the % of depreciated harvesters amounts 71%, tractors – 93% and ploughs – 95%.
Main importers of agricultural machinery in Kazakhstan are Russia, Belorussia, Germany, China, Netherland, USA and Sweden. Machinery brands as Horsch, John Deer, Case and Morris accounts 4,6 % of total machinery in Kazakhstan, and harvest 35,2% of agricultural land.
