Program of crediting of subjects of agroindustrial complex on realization of the spring-field and harvest works of "Eginzhai"

The goal of the program:  Support of subjects of agrо-industrial complex by funding for spring sowing and harvesting works.

Target group: individuals and legal entities - subjects of agro-industrial complex

The maximum loan amount per borrower: 6,000,000 (six million) tenge.

The minimum loan amount per borrower: 1,000,000 (one million) tenge.

Financial instruments: loans, revolving / non-revolving credit line.

Interest rate: 9.5% per annum. The effective interest rate not more than 10.2% per annum.

The term of the credit line: no more than 36 (thirty six) months.

Term of Loan / tranche: no more than eighteen (18) months, the cultivation of forage crops (perennial grasses) - no more than 36 (thirty six) months.

Frequency of principal repayment: monthly / quarterly / half-yearly 1/1 time per year, with the possibility of partial / full prepayment for the term loan.

Frequency of repayment of remuneration: monthly / quarterly / half-yearly 1/1 time per year, with the possibility of partial / full prepayment for the term loan.

Grace period for repayment of principal: no more than 12 months, the cultivation of forage crops (perennial grasses) - no more than 18 months.

Grace period for repayment of remuneration not exceeding 12 months, in the cultivation of forage crops (perennial grasses) - no more than 18 months.

The amount of funding: Based on standard costs for spring poelvyh work per 1 ha, recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture for the relevant year of funding, the declared crop area of ​​the borrower, including use on the basis of cooperation agreements.

Collateral: Pledge in accordance with the Company's policy.

Basic requirements for the borrower:

  • no arrears of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget at the date of submission / review of the application for credit;

  • the absence of arrears to the BWI and other financial institutions for the last reporting date (month of application);

  • positive credit history (if any credit history);

  • confirmation of information about the actual planted acreage and yield for the actual time activities, but not more than three (3) years across cultures;

  • submission of documents confirming the existence of acreage, including agreements on joint activities;

  • Company providing the documents necessary and sufficient to verify the intended use of the loan.
