Purpose of the program

Creation and development of intensive (family) apple orchards in southern regions

Target group

Individuals, peasant and private farms, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities that carry out entrepreneurial activities

Targeted purpose of the loan/lease

1) acquisition of an intensive (family) apple orchard on the land with a total conventional area of 4.5 to 5.4 hectares;

2) purchase of machinery and attachments / trailers to machinery for servicing an intensive (family) apple orchard;

3) erection of an intensive (family) apple orchard;

4) to replenish working capital in the total amount of not more than 15% of the loan / leasing amount

Source of financing

Own funds; funds attracted to the authorized capital; commercial funds

Financial instrument

1) leasing - for the acquisition of an intensive (family) apple orchard, for the purchase of machinery and attached / trailed equipment for the maintenance of an intensive (family) apple orchard;

2) loan - to erect an intensive (family) apple orchard, to replenish working capital

Maximum amount of loan / leasing

Up to 72 million (seventy-two million) tenge

Interest rate

  • From own funds, from the means involved in the authorized capital:
  • 6.0% per annum, the annual effective interest rate is no more than 6.7% per annum **;
  • From the funds attracted in the authorized capital:16,01%,   annual effective interest rate no more than 18.86% per annum ***

Loan/lease Term

1) up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) months;

2) up to 72 (seventy two) months for replenishment of working capital

Grace period for the repayment of ML

Monthly / quarterly / 1 (one) semi-annually, with the possibility of partial / full early repayment

Grace period for the redemption of remuneration

Monthly / quarterly / 1 (once) semi-annually, with the possibility of paying off the accrued interest during the term of financing for the actually used period

Periodicity of ML repayment

No more than 36 (thirty six) months after the signing of the act of acceptance and transfer of the subject of leasing

Periodicity of repayment of remuneration

Since the signing of the act of acceptance and transfer of the subject of leasing

Repayment method

Annuity (with maturity equal payments) / differentiated (with repayment of principal debt in equal shares) / provision of flexible schedule

The amount of the initial contribution for leasing

The initial contribution in the form of money means is not less than 10% of the value of the leased asset, or property with a collateral value covering not less than 15% of the value of the leased asset
