Tengebayev Ardak Myrzabayevich was appointed Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No1411 dated November 07, 2012.
He was born in January 22, 1971 in Amangeldy settlement of Turgay region.
University degree, in 1993 he graduated from Kazakh State Academy Administration on specialty "Accounting and analysis of economic activity", in 2002 – "Kaynar» University on specialty "Law".
He began his labor activity in 1993 as specialist of Turgay branch of joint-stock business "Kazagroprombank".
He started to work in tax authorities since April, 1997 in posts: tax inspector, sector manager, chief tax inspector, Head of Department of Tax Committee in Almaty.
Since April 2000 till August, 2002 – Head of Audit Division of Tax Committee of Almalinsky region of city Almaty.
Since August, 2002 till February, 2003 – Head of collection Division of Tax Committee in city Almaty.
Since February, 2003 till October, 2004 - Senior inspector, Head of Division, Head of Department for Economic and Corruption-Related Crimes in Almaty;
Since November, 2004 till September, 2005 he worked as the Head of Audit Division of Tax Committee «Park of information technology», since September, 2005 till August, 2007 - chairman of Tax Committee in city Semey of East Kazakhstan region.
Since August, 2007 till May, 2009 he worked as the Head of Tax Department on Mangistau region, since May, 2009 to April, 2010 he held the post of Head of Specialized Department of Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since April, 2010 to November, 2012 he worked as Deputy -chairman of Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since November, 2012 - Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Married, he has four children.
He was awarded commemorative medal, breastplate of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Қаржы қызметінің үздігі» - 2011.
He is a member of "Nur Otan".
